Boozy Cherry Pineapple Lime Slushies
These simple, sinful slushies are super easy and super delicious. You’ll need some fresh pineapple and some frozen pineapple. I chopped up some pineapple the night before I made these and threw it in the freezer. I think you might be able to find frozen pineapple at the grocery store, but it’s hardly worth it. Just freeze it the night before like I did.
You only need 4 (well, technically 3) ingredients for this recipe
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 3/4 cup cherry vodka (svedka is vegan)
Throw all the ingredients in a blender and boom, you’re good to go. This recipe serves four, but it’s so easy that you can double it for as many people as you like. You’ll notice I included a big smoothie/boba straw to sip them with. This was aesthetic as well as functional. The drink separates a bit after it’s poured, and if you don’t stir it, you’ll basically end up slurping all the booze at once. That’s no fun. Since this slushie is thick, you need a heavier straw to stir it with. Or else some hardcore cocktail stirrers.
